Reimagine Imagination
Dear Soul Sister,
Welcome back to another week of Reimagining Imagination as a Woman! So far, we’ve explored the power of imagination and how it can transform your relationships. This week, we’re turning our focus inward and asking: What would it look like to reimagine your identity?
Let’s start with a powerful truth: you are not confined by the roles you’ve been given or the labels you’ve accepted. You are dynamic, multi-faceted, and ever-evolving. More often, than not, we box ourselves in. We think, I’m just a mom, or, I’m not the creative type, or, I can’t do that because I’ve never done it before.
What if we threw all those assumptions out the window? What if you could reimagine who you are and how you show up in the world?
Who would you be if there were no limits, no expectations, and no fear?
Squint your eyes because I’m about to let you in on a little secret: I haven’t always been the Coach Lori you know today. There was a time, not too long ago if I’m being honest, when I felt like I had to fit into everyone else’s idea of who I should be. A good mom, the strong friend, a reliable daughter; someone who had it all together. And while those things are beautiful, they weren’t the full picture of me.
When I finally gave myself permission to reimagine my identity, everything changed. I started exploring my passions, embracing my quirks, and showing up as my authentic self. That’s when I truly began to thrive; and guess what? You can, too.
If you’re ready to reimagine who you are, here’s how to get started:
1. Reflect on Your Values
Who you are is rooted in what matters most to you. Take time to identify your core values and ask yourself how you can align your life with them.
2. Explore Your Passions
What lights you up? What have you always been curious about? Allow yourself to explore new hobbies, interests, or skills without worrying about being perfect.
3. Let Go of Labels
Labels can be comforting, but they can also be limiting. Challenge the labels you’ve accepted and consider how they’ve shaped your choices. Then, give yourself permission to redefine them.
So, this week, I want to challenge you to rewrite your story. Grab a journal and answer these questions:
Who am I at my core, beyond my roles and labels?
What parts of my identity feel authentic, and what parts feel like they’ve been imposed by others?
How can I start showing up as the most authentic version of myself?
Your identity is yours to define, and there are no limits to who you can become.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of how to reimagine your identity, I’m here to help. Together, we can uncover the patterns that no longer serve you and create a vision for who you truly want to be.
Schedule a consultation with me today! Let’s explore your next chapter together.
Reimagining your identity isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about rediscovering who you’ve been all along. You have EVERYTHING you need to step into your power and live authentically. I believe in you. I support you. I got you.
Cheers to breaking free from the limits of the past and embracing the infinite possibilities of who you can be! You got this, sis!
With peace & SO much love,
Coach Lori
